RESPONSABILITATI

- Under supervision, support the recruitment and employment process: review requirements with department manager, write and place recruitment advertising in appropriate media, establish employment agency search firm contacts
- Participate, screen, interview and assist in testing applicants
- Arrange documents for the employment of selected candidates as well as notification of persons not hired
- Communicates with managers to identify departmental recruitment needs and appropriate recruitment methods
- Centralize employment data (recruitment, exit, turnover and other survey data) and prepares summaries of information
- Assists in job analysis process by gathering, centralizing or actualizing job analysis documents and job descriptions
- Prepares employee orientation materials and support managers in orientation programs.
- Prepares reports, employment correspondence and a variety of written materials dedicated to internal presentations


CERINTE

- University degree: Sociology, Psichology or other related fields
- Professional experience: 1 year in human resources field
- Good knowledge of human resources tools and specific processes
- Good command on English
- Ability to work in cooperation with others to effectively coordinate activities in order to accomplish tasks
- Ability to assess and identify needs in order to implement effective human resources solutios
- Good communication skills (both verbally and in writing)
- Ambitious, enthusiastic, reliable person
