RESPONSABILITATI

• Responsible for monitoring, follow-up, solving and escalation of the internal technical trouble tickets according with the existing procedures
• Responsible for the network monitoring activities and escalation of the problems to the appropriate persons
• IT technical support – first point of contact for any technical issue in the company
• Configuration and installation of PC’s
• Users administration
• Network maintenance (IP and Telephony)
• Maintaining the electronic equipment.

Nobel is currently looking to hire a Junior HelpDesk Administrator as a full time employee working in our office in Bucharest.
• Windows family of operating systems (Professional, Server) – medium level
• Windows domain services (DNS, Active Directory, ISA, etc.). – beginner level
• Red Hat Linux administration and services (RPM, Cron, other basic services)
• General Hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Email subsystems and protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP)
• Basics of networking concepts and protocols (OSI Model, TCP/IP)
• Entreprise applications and services (Symantec Antivirus Suite, Veritas Backup Exec, Postfix MTA, Apache, etc).
• Organized and motivated person
• Proactive in learning new things
• Ability to work under pressure
• Keep focusing on the details
• Analytical abilities
• Positive attitude.
