Reports to:Business System Analyst
Job scope:Supports the business by documenting and optimizing business processes and maintaining the Application Systems.
Job responsibilities:
- Applies the Corporate and Company methodology and policy in each project;
- Self-initiates recommendations for business processes improvement;
- Provides internal services to business under agreed SLA;
- Participates in team projects and manages own projects;
- Manages the relationship with client departments;
- Contributes to the business processes design, development, and implementation within the project team;
- Manages the relationship with related service providers;
- Manages activities provided by suppliers and consultants;
- Implements Business processes in Application Systems (mainly SAP R3);
Education:University degree (Economic or IT related)
Experience:2 years previous experience in financial or controlling or business analysis area
Competencies:
- Willingness to work in an IT department as an internal business analyst consultant
- Relevant understanding and knowledge on business environment for FMCG can be an advantage;
- ¿Customer oriented¿ approach;
- Analytical mind, pragmatic and yet challenging thinking;
- Proactive & good communication skills;
- Perform better as a team member rather than as an individual;
- Experience in project management is an advantage;
- Experience from an ERP Implementation or Roll out Project is an advantage;
- Knowledge of SAP related modules is an advantage;
PC skills:Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
Languages: English language, good level, both written and spoken
