As junior broker you will:
¿ Perform selling activities and offer consultancy to potential clients for Colliers exclusive residential projects in Bucharest.
¿ Contact clients; make presentations;
¿ Prepare offers, contracts, electronic proposals, market research;
¿ Attend meetings, viewing tours, conferences, seminars etc;
¿ Update databases.
In order to perform in Colliers you should have the following skills and experience:
¿ Open minded, team player and willing to learn and improve;
¿ Self-motivated, committed, dynamic and positive person;
¿ Interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals.
¿ Fluency in written and spoken English and Romanian;
¿ Excellent with the computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes);
¿ Ability to meet multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks;
¿ 2 years of experience in sales (is a plus).
