The well-known recruiting company KnowHow is hiring for one of its partners Junior Brand Manager :

Objective: Manage assigned brands

Job purpose: Translates into yearly brands plan strategy and ensure execution to generate sustainable growth and profit in line with company's objectives.
Active monitoring, controlling and ensuring the brands NS and CII; propose corrective actions when achievements below targets
Projects implementation as per yearly marketing plan; coordinate together
with Trade Marketing and Sales Team approved plans;
Evaluate major projects and prepare key learning’s
Regular monitoring of brand performance and adjusting to the plan
Deliver market share goals against the plan


CERINTE

Tasks to be covered:

PLANNING
• Implement brand marketing plans in line with brand strategy and timely execution of brand activities
• Implement all activities which build up the brands
• Works closely with sales, trade marketing and logistics, prepare consistent communications via L&P platform

BUDGETING
• Continuous monitoring of brand budget and ensure that is in line with the approved amount

PRODUCT
• Rationalise the current assortment and propose discontinuations, based on sales and gross margin, apart from GT proposals
• Execute launch campaigns, close follow up on results for the new products

FORECASTING
• Jointly with Category Manager, Trade Marketing and Logistics responsible for preparing monthly and annually brand sales forecast based on historical data, market information and activity plan.

ADVERTISING
• Control implementation of media plan by checking post buy after each campaign
• Keep contact with the agency to ensure they meet the briefs, follow up execution
• Ask from the agency and analyse media activities and strategy of competitors

POSM/PROMOTION
• Adapt POSM layout
• Implement general promotional plans for consumer and channels
• Jointly with Trade Marketing and Sales ensure continuous, sufficient and efficient in store support of brands to meet brand objectives
• Analyses feedback reports by each promotion and takes corrective actions in the Launch & Promo Calendar

MARKET RESEARCH
• Prepare regular reports and analyse DM data monthly

PRICE
• Implement price positioning for the assigned brands
• Regularly monitor market and brand prices
• Prepare price increases/decreases/corrections

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS
• Analyse competitive activities including prices, new product launches, consumer and trade promotions
• Regular in store observation on pricing, placement, POS executions of the brand and competition – at least once/Q
• Based on store check and competitors activities draw conclusion and set up action steps together with Category Manager

PRESENTATION/COORDINATION/REPORTING
• Develop brand updates or reviews for management/agencies etc.
• Coordinate brand projects with all other departments or international affiliates and ensure the timely project executions.
• Prepares specific brand reports as requested by Category Manager/Marketing Manager and Global Team
• Prepare and make presentations for sales team on regular basis

OTHERS
• Coordinates work flow with all third party partners: advertising, production, media and PR agencies, in all aspects involved: briefing and de-briefing, project supervision and evaluation
