Our client is a leading multinational company from FMCG.
Job purpose
To assist the Brand Manager in the preparation and implementation of the domestic marketing plans for the assigned brands in order to meet agreed sales volume and market share objectives.
Key Accountabilities
• Assist the Brand Manager in preparing and implementing the annual marketing plans, brand strategy and budget control
• Establish and maintain professional contacts with agencies and third parties
• Follow-up and prepare reports on all brand related activities
• Monitor the market, analyze the statistics and provide the Brand Manager with accurate budget comparison
• Evaluate brand related projects and come up with initiatives
• Support Sales Management and Promotion force with the design and organization of special events promotions
• Consolidate all project related documents
• University Degree
• 3 year previous experience in FMCG environment – multinational company, on a similar position, or 3 year previous working experience in an agency, working on brand related projects
• Basic research knowledge, being able to create a research brief
• Decision making, courage and an aptitude for risk taking
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize&meet deadlines
• High work ethics and integrity

• Very good communication and presentation skills
