RESPONSABILITATI

For a multinational company, a well-known drinks producer, we recruit for the Junior Brand Manager position.

The requirements for this position are:

- To contribute to the building of a brand positioning according to company strategies, and contributes to the overall performance of the company;
- To support the Senior Brand Manager to manage a brand so as to produce required brand image, brand positioning, brand awareness, market & channel share, profitability, etc;
- To take part in the development of relevant brand plans comprising of all aspects of marketing mix, i.e. managing brand price, distribution, product / packaging and communication / promotion strategies and negotiate them with other functions;
- To develop and provide brand guidelines for marketing / S&D that create common, good understanding of a brand and its strategies across the organization and consequently guarantee coherency in all brand related activities in the whole market;
- To manage / supervise brand oriented, national ATL & BTL projects in keeping with brand strategies so as to produce maximum beneficial effect to a brand with ultimate full accountability for these projects;
- To select and manage external agencies including advertising agencies, BTL agencies, media houses and other suppliers;
- To manage brand budget, allocate resources, in line with company requirements so as to maximize the profitability of a brand.


CERINTE

- University graduate, preferred degree in economics;
- At least 1-2 years of marketing experience, with proven success (in Brand Management preferable);
- English both written and spoken is essential given the international context;
- PC skills;
- Knowledgeable of advertising development principles, with success examples;
- Very good understanding of research tools;
- High energy level;
- Flexible personality;
- Responsibility;
- Independence;
- Self initiator, self confident, open and positive personality;
- Smart, punctual, with good level of self-control and outstanding time management discipline;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
