One behalf of one of our clients, we are currently searching for suitable candidate to undertake complex assignments, under direct subordination to the company’s General Manager, as the new Junior Analyst.
Relevant experience in Economic analysis would be a significant advantage, nevertheless fresh Economics graduates, who would show strong motivation to find a challenging but highly rewarding job, with a passion for figures and analysis but also proving communication and presentation skills, are encouraged to apply.
SPECIFIC TASKS:
- Handles complex monthly budget databases (primary assignment), under direct supervision and with direct and sole reporting to the General Manager;
- Analyzes key performance indicators, in terms of personnel assessment;
- Draw up company presentations and reports as well as documentation required for bids (technical field);
- Proposes and organizes events and group meetings when necessary;
- Represent the company, in specific situations, as indicated by the General Manager;
- Undertakes some specific Executive Assistant tasks (in terms of agenda, reports’ preparations, etc.)
- University graduate, most preferably of Economic profile (Finance, Accounting, etc.);
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and very good analysis abilities;
- Good command of English is a plus(both speaking and writing);
- Synthesis abilities and analytical mind;
- Very strong internal equilibrium and strong confidentiality sense, as she/he would have privileged access to highly confidential human resources data;
- Able to meet tight deadlines while successfully undertaking usual tasks;
- Highly organized and able to set and follow priorities’ achievement;
- Able to perform autonomously and with a great sense for economic analysis;
- Excellent communication and organizing skills;
- Ability to deal harmoniously with others, ability to make goof judgments and successfully handling crisis situations;
