RESPONSABILITATI

The role requires Data Retrieval, Reporting and Analysis, as well as Data Testing activities and KPI measurements for specific Finance and Accounting processes. The role combines reporting operational results to SSC Management and developing the internal reporting and KPI measurement tools, with the aim of increasing Finance and Accounting processes efficiency.

* Propose, implement and measure KPI for various activities specific to Finance and Accounting processes, mainly focused on Contract to Cash. This includes, but is not limited to Cycle Time measurements and Productivity Capture and Analysis for the team;
* Understand and promote the Contract to Cash procedures (Contract Management and Billing) to business stakeholders, so that they are followed rigorously throughout Temenos organization;
* Conduct random sample-audits to test the accuracy of Finance and Accounting processes (Contract to Cash);
* Perform various monthly reconciliation activities specific to Contract to Cash processes and report the results to internal stakeholders and SSC Management;
* Work as a change agent to reduce variation and eliminate defects in KPI reporting processes ;
* Drive or join internal projects related to SSC deliverables, as may be required;
* Work with IT Support /Development department in order to improve the ERP/Systems user experience & reporting.


CERINTE

* Bachelor degree in Economics;
* Minimum 1 year experience in Finance & Accounting Operations;
* Excellent knowledge of MS office, with emphasis on MS Excel (proficient);
* Excellent analytic skills and detail-oriented person;
* Fluency in English;
* Good communication and presentation skills ;
* Team-player and able to meet tight deadlines;
* Solution-oriented.
