We are currently looking for an ambitious self-starter to join our team.
This exciting business area needs a hard working individual who is personable and diligent. In this position, you will work with Sr. Affiliate Manager and team members to hone your craft to become a rock star Affiliate Manager. You will be managing existing relationships with publishing partners as well as building new business relationships.
Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit new affiliates within the U.S. market that are capable of driving volumes
Negotiate and manage agreements and commission structures for your affiliates
Handle incoming emails and calls from prospective affiliates and networks and answers to their questions
Monitor affiliate activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
Present regular analysis reports based on agreed KPIs
Keep up to date on affiliate Industry trends and developments
Effectively coordinate with other team members and departments
Have experience of additional marketing channels (i.e. email, ppc, display)
Any other duties as assigned
Hungry to succeed and drive performance
Affinity for technology and social media
Good Microsoft Excel skills
Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Positive winning attitude
Good social and negotiating skills
