- Control of the money given to Group 4Falk by the petrol stations (PS)
- Booking of bank encasements from PS – daily
- Verification of Cash Registers (by e-mail) of PS – daily
- Verification of Cash Registers (originals) of PS – monthly
- Report to HVB necessary amount of coins for PS (Weekly)
- Verification of balances of PS for cash transactions after processing NFC interface
- Receive from all PS reports of fiscal memory
- Keep evidence of received reports of fiscal memory
- Prepare reports of fiscal memory for fiscal authorities (monthly)
- Unblocking at payment unmatched suppliers invoices
- Prepare files for litigation clients (copies of open-items invoices and proofs of deliveries)
- Verify, print backups and send dealer's invoices with inventory list
- Preparation of the VAT registers on a monthly basis;
- Participation in VAT tax audit
- Verification of VAT collected journal vs. fiscal invoices
- Reconciliation VAT collected account
- A sound knowledge of the Romanian accounting system;
- A proven track-record within a small organisation where efficiency and organisation was key;
- Strong Romanian & English communication skills;
- Good PC skills with the ability to learn new packages quickly;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within a given deadline;
