- Booking basic transactions in SAP – both from Romanian and US GAAP perspective;
- Working with employees towards gathering documentation and approvals for business expenses (company cards and expense reports);
- Scanning and archiving accounting documentation (invoices, expense reports etc.);
- Performs administrative tasks on request, including submission of different documentation with Tax Authorities.
Work schedule: full time job - Monday – Friday, from 9am – 6pm, with 1h lunch break.
Good knowledge of English;
- Bachelor degree in Accounting;
- Previous experience in accounting would be a plus, but good theoretical accounting knowledge is a must;
- Good knowledge of MS Office – especially Word and Excel;
- Good team player;
- Responsibility, discretion and confidentiality;
- Capacity of listening and anticipation;
- Availability to start as soon as possible.
