Processing timely Accounts Receivable (AR) business and ensure the accounting treatment is correctly reflecting the business and meet management and internal control requirement for daily transactions:
- approving invoices(applied by AR Specialists) to issue to customers after checking the data
- booking payments made by customers for our company
- using ORACLE ERP functions to import automatically a part of AR transactions(based on shipping information) from other modules of ERP and check the data imported
- operate in Contract Fulfillment System(CFS), an internal system that helps checking the data: invoices, contracts, receipts
- communication with AR Specialists of Huawei’s subsidiaries in other European countries
- prepare monthly accounting reports needed in our company (AR balance report by customer and contract reconciliation reports for customers and other modules of financial department).
Basic Knowledge in accounting (having the Oracle ERP system experience is a plus)
Be able to use English as working language
Good computer skills (Excel, Word)
Good ethics, stable, honest & active person
Good team player
