The key responsibility demands good knowledge and experience of customer handling and Accounts Payable process (education, pervious job, in-house training ). The main tasks are as follows
· Receive inputs from customers. Identify need to create manual invoices. Create, account and send manual invoices to the customers/group companies;
· Receive requirements to perform changes to the customer database. Understand and complete the task with accuracy and adherence to timelines;
· Create customized customer statements and send to customers. Follow up with customers and request for payments;
· Receive and respond to customers regarding problems with invoicing and any other queries.
- University Degree in Economic Studies;
- Fluency in French and English;
- Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge;
- Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit;
- Very good communication skills;
- General accounting knowledge;
- Knowledge of the Accounts Payable concepts would be an asset;
- Previous experience in SAP system would be an asset.
