Job expirat
Determined period contract of 4 months, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
• Perform physical fixed assets stocktaking
• Book and handling of employees travel expense claims
• Support in processing intercompany recharges
• Check purchase order numbers (PO log)
• Pick up debit banking cards for new joiners with BRD (depends on progress in ABN / RBS bank accounts opening)
• Book bank statements on daily basis in Sun Accounts
• Review and post supplier invoices
Requirements
• University graduate – Accounting, Finance
• Very good accounting knowledge; financial accounting experience is an advantage
• Very good verbal and written English skills
• Basic IT / Computer skills (Microsoft office. Vision and SUN Accounts would be ideal)
