For the invoicing module of our ERP you should:
- configure needed functionalities;
- supervise smooth functioning;
- end-user support;
- find ways to improve operational flows by studying and implementing additional Movex functionalities;
- handle prices in the system;
For the accounts receivables area you should:
- follow up on any issues related to payments or invoices booked and involve the appropriate people to solve problems related to overdue invoices complains.
- ensure the communication with customers in order to reconcile the differences;
- prepare, submit and follow up on any report required and which comes under the responsibility area (e.g. delivered not invoiced report, overdue invoices report etc);
- other accountancy tasks that can be performed by a determined person commited to gather experience from several areas of accountancy.
- Graduate of an Economic University;
- Good communication skills;
- Eye for detail;
- Ability to work with figures in speed regime;
- Computer literate (Excel, MS Access or enterprise software is a plus);
- Fluent English.
