- To prepare the accountancy for the client’s development companies and support the Back Office Manager in analysing the accountants of the different client’s companies.
1. Interfacing with Company’s Services Centre and developing local activities for Investment and Management Companies; Becoming involved in:
- General ledger account creation
- Invoices, receipts and credit notes
- Create / Edit Supplier Account
- Fixed Asset
- Report information to Partners
- Gather and prepare fiscal data
- Provide information / support to external entities
- Provide information / support to internal entities
2. Involved in developing all the accounting processes for Development companies
- Investment Property under development accounting
- Tax and fiscal processes
- Provide information / support to external entities
- Provide information / support to internal entities
- Degree in Management/Economics/Accounting
- 1-2 years of professional experience in audit or accounting companies
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of local financial and tax regulations
- Knowledge of IAS (International Accounting Standards) (would be an asset)
- Knowledge of SAP as a financial and accounting software application (would be an asset)
- Adaptable to work in an international environment
- Team player, wiling to learn, skilled in identifying, reporting and solving problems
