* Work independently and own multiple features of the product.
* Transform requirements into architectural and feature specs.
* Design & implement features, required APIs, test suites or technology according to specifications.
* Interact with the quality engineers, to ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
* Perform research on various technologies useful for the project.
* Provide status and feedback to management.
* Top graduate with B.S. / M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
* Ability to understand very complex technical information (especially algorithms) is a must.
* Communicates effectively with the local and remote team members.
* Some experience building and deploying web applications (with one of Python, J2EE, etc.).
* Familiar with at least one scripting language (bash, Ruby, etc.) and with SQL.
* Knowledge of Web 2.0 concepts and applications is a plus (blogging, tagging, folksonomies, social bookmarking, wiki, etc.).
* ActionScript and Flash / Flex experience are considered a plus.
* Solid foundation in development process, best practices and design patterns.
* Highly enthusiastic, creative, with entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to innovate.
* Client-centric thinking.
* Superior time management skills.
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
