- Build specifications for the Application Modules based on the existing planning;
- Monitor client accounts;
- Participate in development projects for the Application;
- Offer support for creating documentation / user manuals for internal applications;
- Collect feedback for improving the application;
- Act as a front-line interface to users, accepting trouble reports and dispatching them to the technical department;
- Monitor the proper functioning of the Application on a daily basis.
