Office Administrator

The Office Administrator is accountable for performing general and specific administrative tasks involved by the functional departments. She/he in the main contact on administrative related matters for employees and management assists and provides logistics and financial operations and assumes the ownership for all the escalations related to administrative issues. The Office Administrator follows the procedures and guidelines in the daily tasks, having full administrative responsibilities for the general activities, processes and tasks assigned to her/him. She/he is responsible for operational excellence, customer satisfaction and financial objectives received at department, team or individual level.
The Office Administrator assists her/his Manager in leading and coordinating the Office activities, searches for relevant information, assists with analysis, compiles data for reports and manages work processes following manager’s directions and other established administrative procedures. She/he is the first one responsible for protecting company’s property, assets and security.

Equipment Management & Remarketing Administrator
Set up and manage EMR products (Equipment Management & Remarketing) in the company’s internal systems;
Perform administrative EMR discount approval tasks for the EMEA region.

Configuration & Quote Specialist
As a member of the Sales Force Support team you are to :
- take configuration and pricing requests from our sales representatives & customers and convert them into buildable/orderable/supportable configurations
- provide support by means of email & telephone to both customers and sales community

Job1: Office Administrator
Your profile:

Previous office administration experience is a plus;
Good communication skills (verbal and written);
Fluency in English, other second language will represent a plus;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office is a must;
Team player;
Customer oriented;
Good organization skills, accurate and detail oriented;
Ability to work under stress and handle multiple tasks at one time;
Able to make administrative / procedural decisions and judgments;

Job 2: Equipment Management & Remarketing Administrator

Your profile:
Work experience in a multi-national company
University degree in Economics and / or IT
IT skills (MS tools like Excel, Outlook, Access or other database knowledge)
Fluent in English,
French and German at a conversational level are a plus
Positive attitude
Self-motivated
Able to work in a virtual team
Team player
