We are looking for a Java Team Leader for web based projects, for one of our client an IT International company.
You will¿¿¿.
¿¿¿ be responsible for the development of server components in a small but excellently skilled development team;
¿¿¿ have the opportunity to contribute on design and architectural decisions for one of the biggest web portals in Europe;
¿¿¿ become involved in the full application development life cycle;
- Either 3-5 years minimum experience as a Java Developer (Server side) including usage of commonly used libraries like Spring, log4j or Hibernate
- Or 3-5 years minimum experience as a JavaScript Developer including usage of commonly used libraries like qooxdoo, JQuery or YUI
- Knowledge of the "other" Technology (for Java it would be JavaScript knowledge and vice-versa)
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages
- Knowledge of common web Technologies (HTML, XML)
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
- Experience with working in a Linux environment
Would be a plus:
- Good ability to speak and understand German
- Experience with Java client development (SWT, Swing¿¿¿)
- First-hand experience with various runtime environments (.Net/Mono, Silverlight, AIR).
