RESPONSABILITATI

Job description:
The postholder will be responsible for participating in various information system projects, including system upgrades, and internal development projects or in collaboration with external partners.
The postholder, will work on different projects during which he may develop web projects, manage the installation of upgrades and development projects, provide advanced end user support, responds to software application problems, reviews issue logs to identify software application problem patterns, track performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and supports application solutions to meet customer requirements
May design, develop and/or re-engineer highly complex application components and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms;
Work closely with company’s management identifying local information system needs, priorities and resource implications
Constantly seek opportunities to improve the information systems and thereby maximise the efficiency;
Determine source of software problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).
Assist project manager with the implementation of practices, and documentation.
Quickly inform and collaborate with the direct-line manager in order to resolve unexpected technical or administrative matters / problems


CERINTE

Relevant Experience
1 - 3 years of developing Java applications.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
Deep knowledge in Java programming using J2EE, EJB, JavaScript, Java Beans, also good experience in XML, SQL
Knowledge of object oriented programming, algorithms and software architecture;
Knowledge of databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MySQL);
Success in implementing changes in practice
Experience of delivering projects through multi-disciplinary teams
Nice to have: Struts, Hibernate, Spring, EJB3, AJAX, PL/SQL, JSF (JavaServerFaces), Eclipse
