Java Developer for SCADA systems
Job profile
•Develop Pipelines Application Suites within company Fast Tools environment
•Design and implementation of SCADA control solutions for industrial process in the (petro)chemical, oil and gas upstream, power generation, water treatment
•You do the design, implementation, realization, optimization en refurbishment of production control and information systems
•Co-ordinate internal tests, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
•Is responsible for the correct- technical design, implementation and testing for the part of the scope as assigned to within the timeframes as agreed
•Provides the technical representative with information regarding the scope as assigned to
•Supports the technical representative in discussions with the client as and when required
•Assists the Project Manager with the activity planning and execution of the work
•2 years JAVA experience – System Software architecture
•Experience in Pipeline management (Natural gas and Liquid) would be a plus
•Recognized qualification in SCADA Engineering or equivalent
•2 years’ experience in a PLC/SCADA position in the Oil & Gas Sector
•Fluent in written and spoken English
•Strong communication skills. Understanding and flexible in working with different cultures
•Capable of working independently in the project team or with customers
