Temenos is extending its portfolio with new products. The main goal is keeping up with latest trends and best practices in UX design. We are looking to extend our team in Bucharest with several Java Developer roles (from intermediate to senior levels).
Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing new functionalities for our UX platform;
Maintenance and improvement of existing features;
Work collaboratively with peers and others such as Project Manager, Requirements Analyst, Delivery Manager;
Participating to technical analysis in collaboration with the technical architects and business analysts;
Supporting QA testing.
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
A minimum of 2 years of Java (J2SE, J2EE) development experience;
Experience with web user interface design & development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.);
Nice to have knowledge of Web Services, REST, modern JavaScript frameworks;
Willing to write technical specifications;
Good command of English both spoken and written;
Quick learner with ability to follow intensive on-the-job coaching to quickly become productive;
Process-oriented, disciplined and rigorous;
Good communication skills;
Proactive; capacity to work autonomously and to take initiative;
Good team player as part of a global distributed team.
