RESPONSABILITATI

· Responsible for project management of migration processes
· Project Planning – estimating timelines, costs, resource requirements and execution
· Monitor project, take corrective actions if needed, report on project progress
· Manage all stages of the migration process
· Ensure seamless transfer of business processes from customer site to receiving site
· Responsible for assessing processes and recommending solution/potential for migration
· Manage relationship with customer
· Team management during transition


CERINTE

· University or college degree
· 4+ years of experience in finance / accounting/ audit. Previous work experience with an accounting outsourcing company is an important asset.
· Strong project management skills and experience
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Excellent knowledge of Italian, fluent in English
· Client relationship management skills
· Problem solving approach
· Should be open to extensive traveling abroad

Position is located in Bucharest.
