RESPONSABILITATI

A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of a
CONTACT CENTER AGENT

where you will be responsible for:

* Professional and efficient handling of customer requests by phone, mail or email as well as customer satisfaction survey outgoing calls;
* Checking the validity of issues or complaints and suggesting adequate solutions;
* Forwarding/escalation of critical customer requests/complaints to supervisors or specialists and reporting back to customers on how the inquiry/complaint has been solved;
* Corresponding with customers in a friendly way ensuring a high customer satisfaction;
* Providing context specific information and advice to customers according to internal guidelines and policies;
* Tracking information and change of customer data in the relevant applications;
* Sharing complex cases and challenges with the team leader and other persons nominated as well as helping to improve the overall service quality of the team;
* Coordination with other departments from partner entities in Italy;
* Attentive and active participation in training courses offered by the company.


CERINTE

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

* Work experience in a similar position is a plus;
* Good communication skills in Italian;
* Proactivity and problem solving skills;
* Positive and friendly attitude;
* Customer oriented attitude;
* Team player;
* Stress resistance.
