General:
- The role manages the overall test infrastructure and environment for the project.
Responsabilities:
This is a support role. Its main goal is to equip a team with an appropriate development process, and to make sure that the team members are not hindered in doing their jobs.
- This role supports the tools used by the project. This includes selecting and acquiring tools, configuring and setting them up, verifying that they work and maintains the workspaces. This includes installation, configuration, backup, etc
Requirements:
Technical
- 4-5 years experience as IT support in a large organization
- Experience with modelling tools like Enterprise Architect
- Practice in modelling with UML
- Usage of standards RUP, CMMI
- UML based development suite
- UML analysis and design suite (preferably sparx Enterprise Architect)
- Telelogic DOORS
- Subversion
- Rational Clearquest
- In-depth knowledge of the development platform¿¿¿s operating system(s), network and mechanism
- OS (Windows 2003, Linux) and Database administration (MS SQL Server)
- Back-up and recovery procedures
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word , Power Point, Outlook, Project)
- VMWare ESX Infrastructure
Education
- Bachelor or higher level degree
