- Provide Information Technology 2nd and 3rd level support on LAN/WAN/WLAN management (switching, routing, firewall administration etc) and access control operation (ACS, RSA);
- Specific networking equipment (Cisco, Enterasys, Juniper, Checkpoint) operation and administration tasks, according to job profiles:
- incident&problem management;
- change management;
- configuration management;
- capacity management;
- availability management;
- release management;
- participation in global projects as subprojects managers or project managers.
- IT/Computer Engineering Field - university graduate or final year student;
- English - advanced;
- German - advanced;
- Between 0-4 years experience in the IT field;
- Geeral knowledge of IT processes & operations;
Professional knowledge:
- Ticket handling;
- Work instructions/procedures;
- It infrastructure;
- ITIL is a plus;
Technology knowledge:
- Management of network equipment manufactured by Cisco, Enterasys, Checkpoint, Juniper;
- Networking architectures for LAN/WAN/WLAN;
- Networking protocols;
- Process supporting tools;
- Monitoring and analysis tools;
- Availability for travelling abroad - short term delegations;
- Willigness to work flexible hours and/or shifts.
