Network Knowledge: routers, switches, LAN, WAN, firewall, NAT Virtualization- VDI, CITRIX
Virtualization: VDI, CITRIX
IT security: AD 2008, accouns groups, LDAP
VOIP
IT Processes and standards
ITIL: incindent and problem management, service requests
Understand Complex IT Organizations
Understand IT Budgets and forectasts
Excellent level of spoken and written French & English languages.Master Degree & relevant certifications are a must.
