Job description
• 1st and 2nd for the company’s headquarters, warehouse and national regional offices
• Operation support, execution and control of planned tasks and roll-outs (update/ patch management)
• Monitoring and supervising the critical and security relevant processes, systems, communication infrastructures and wide area networks
• Operating the electronic data processing center for central systems like network and communication infrastructures in an international environment
• Analysis and repair of errors, failures and other problems of the functional operation, as well as coordination of emergency and escalation procedures
Job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent education
• Experience in functional IT- operations and support
• Strong knowledge of operation and support of:
- Network technologies (LAN/ WAN/ WLAN)
- Server hardware and operating systems
- Mail and groupware systems
- Data bases (Oracle, MS SQL- Server, Gupta)
- Standard software and applications
- IT security technologies (Virus protection, firewall logging, IPS)
• Professional and objective oriented approach, as well as an independent and structured working manner
• Quick learner, analytical
• Driving license cat. B
• German language skills
