General:
This role is responsible for the core activities of the test effort. Those activities include identifying, planning, defining, implementing and conducting the necessary verification or validation tests, as well as logging the outcomes of the testing and analyzing the results.
Responsabilities:
- Identifying the tests that needs to be performed
- Identifying the most appropriate implementation approach for a given test
- Implementing individual tests
- Setting up and running the tests
- Logging outcomes and verifying that the tests have been run
- Analyzing and guiding the recovery from executions errors
- Communicating test results to the team
Requirements:
Technical
- 4 - 5 years+ experience in IT Software Analysis and UseCase Modeling
- UML analysis and test suite (preferably sparx Enterprise Architect),
- Telelogic DOORS,
- Rational Clearquest,
- Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
- Diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Programming skills
- Experience using test automation tools
- Knowledge of networking and system architecture
- Practice in modelling with UML
- Usage of standards RUP, CMMI
Education
- Technical University degree
Others
- Fluent in English;
Nice to have requirements:
- Previously involved in large scale telecom or security projects
- Knowledge of German language
- Knowledge of French language
