General:
This role represents customer and end-user concerns by gathering input from stakeholders to understand the problem to be solved and by capturing and setting priorities for requirements.
Responsabilities:
- Identifying business requirements
- Leads and coordinates use-case modelling by outlining and delimiting the organisation by establishing what actors and use cases exist and how they interact
Requirements:
Technical
- 4-5 years experience in IT Software Analysis and Use-Case Modelling
- Experience working within a customer orientated environment
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment anticipating challenges and providing proactive solutions to meet evolving needs
- Strong process orientation with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Practice in modelling with UML
- Usage of standards RUP, CMMI
- UML analysis and design suite (preferably sparx Enterprise Architect)
- Telelogic DOORS
- Rational Clearquest
Education
- University degree
Others
- Fluent in English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Familiar with Quality Management
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to work with highly confidential information;
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
- Flexible (willingness to travel)/adaptable /enthusiastic / motivated / self confident
- Good communication skills, verbally and in writing
