RESPONSABILITATI

Manages a large IT project portfolio involving multiple service functions leveraged across single / multiple sites.
Projects require coordinating services across one or more Perot Systems leveraged delivery organizations. Typically local operations but may include some global elements in service delivery.
Shall be responsible for developing / participating & monitoring IT operation budget.
Manages the customer relationship: participating as a member of the local executive management team at assigned site . Interacts with executive team and Delivery Managers to understand site business practices and provide IT direction, strategy, problem resolution and performance monitoring and reporting.
Participates in the development and execution of task orders to support facility and client business needs.
Develops governance models for projects and programs and applies best practices methodologies, processes and tools in areas of project management, crisis management, and leveraged delivery model operational practices.
Monitors SLA performance and conducts reviews of Perot service delivery with Account / Delivery leaders; identifies opportunities for improvement and collaborates with enterprise teams in developing and implementing plans/processes to resolve issues and ensure the quality delivery of all IT services at the site.
Influences and directs IT decision making with the Regional management and enterprise IT teams.
Provides associate leadership to assigned staff at Site.
Shall be ensuring Delivery to various account supported from sites by participating in following activities
- Tracking of vacation, sick, time off for assigned Team Members

- Reporting Weekly and monthly reports like Governance Report for Site, Weekly Status Report to GFM

- Mentoring tower leads to ensure they understand PSC best practices

- Tracking of time and Efforts for Team Members to ensure associates are following their shift timings.

- Working on Local Policies Work Like Shift Allowance and Shift Roasters etc.


CERINTE

University graduate
Minimum 8-10 years IT Operational experience;
Minimum 5 years managerial experience;
Excellent English Skills;
ITIL Foundation Certification;
Project Management skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent client interfacing skills and professional demeanor;
Financial understanding.
