CERINTE

You worked in a service orientated Service Desk Team with complex IT infrastructure or you were part of an IT department.
You have a long-term career in customer service or IT and you know how to deal with marketing aspects in challenging situation with a high load of pressure.
It is your passion to help colleagues solving their incidents, service requests and problems and operate in a team environment.
You have excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills and excellent knowledge of all major client operating systems. This is what we are looking for, when we ask for very good experience in Service Desk responsibilities.
You manage to juggle between challenging stakeholders and communicate in an understanding way to explain difficult technical problems.
You know how to escalate issues and involve experts wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Personal initiative is your way to work and you want to improve yourself on every day of work.
Deadlines are not only guidelines but rather promises you want to keep.
It is fun for you to deliver amazing support and help our colleagues to get rid of their IT related problems.
This is our understanding of communication skills, excellent organizational skills as well as structured and results-oriented approach.
Nice to have:
Experience in highly agile, software developing companies.
Know how with automated software distribution systems. Familiar managing enterprise mobility suites (MDM)

What will you do:
Right from the beginning you will familiarize yourself with your global team, the existing IT infrastructure and process as well as take ownership about your own tickets and incidents. To do so you' II also meet the teams on other subsidiaries.
During the first three months you will work on, improve and develop our service desk strategy, optimize our processes and create new ones.
After the first three months you will be able to work independently across teams within the whole company. You are involved in developing our IT infrastructure to the next level.
After one year you are recognized as highly reliable colleague who everybody likes to approach and gets help from.
