RESPONSABILITATI

Contribute to provide quality implementation and quality control services by measuring, monitoring and analyzing Key Performance Indicators for technical and business processes in order to maximize business value of IT

Monitor KPIs associated with processes and produce reports.
Manage Revenue Assurance activities in order to provide accurate results for Billing Process
Monitor QA requirements for new project and systems in order to provide a baseline for all systems in accordance with IT architecture
Monitor/Update processes from Revenue Assurance/Process improvement perspective
Create reports/incidents in order to identify revenue leakage points
Work close to other departments on the identified discrepancies in order to create corrective actions and workarounds on the points of the revenue leakage and processes bottleneck in a timely manner.
Perform post-implementation review analysis on projects and maintain a knowledge database with recommendations for improvement
Propose and use solutions for monitoring and improving all activities associated with areas of process improvement, product improvement, and revenue assurance improvement


CERINTE

University graduate (preferably a technical faculty);
2-3 years relevant experience; telecom knowledge;
Internal audit abilities;
Knowledge of IT processes and methodology;
Customer oriented,
Interpersonal savvy;
Very good communication skills-written and oral
Attention to details
Sarbanes Oxley knowledge will be a plus
Certifications in Quality standards will be a plus
