Our customer is currently looking for a qualified person to join its team in the position of:
BPD Projects Assistant
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Logistic support in delivering consultancy, support to SAP users for rolling out specific modules in the system
- Helping in implementing solutions decided as support for improving quality and fluidity of business needed reports
- Primary data controlling of Retail business applications, in order to support business decisions
- Support for verification and analysis of all data as quality and completeness on monthly basis. Proposals for data corrections if needed
- Support for BPD manager in controlling procedures development and manual description.
- Support for the BPD manager in projects leading to the optimizing of business processes and users productivity
- Suggestion for optimization and cost effective solutions.
- Investigation and market update knowledge.
- Support the optimization of data base projects, users data base handling and further development
- Suggesting and initiating optimization of the quality of reporting
- Support the process of customizing and monitoring the implementation by the outsourced companies.
- University graduate
- PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook express)
- Previous experience with SAP is a plus
- Previous experience in projects would be an advantage
- Good communication in English
- Good communication skills
- Very organized person
- Problem solving and solution oriented person
- Attention to details
- Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
