organise, execute, monitor and improve new technical solutions, in particular integration of front- / back-end solutions;
collaborate with different departments (Marketing, Business Analysis, IT Departments) in order to develop new solutions;
propose solutions and products to improve customer experience and satisfaction throughout the contract;
create regular reports to Head of IT.
highly skilled Software Integration Engineer with technical background in: C/C++/C#, SQL Server 2008, Crystal Reports, Visual Studio;
at least 3 years of experience in managing integration and implementation of complete IT solutions;
well organized and effective;
independent thinker who is not afraid of decission making process;
good communication both in Romanian and English (French would be a plus but not essential).
