-Coordinates initiation of projects: establish project scope, requirements gathering process for all IT systems involved and allocation of resources;
-Coordinates the design, implementation and testing phases of assigned projects - align deliverables and resources according to deadlines;
-Coordinates issues / Change Requests;
-Coordinates project closure, sign-off, and hand-over to delivery;
-Performs project-based Vendor management;
-Issues and maintains project documentation (status reports, risk registers, issues reports, resource utilization, project plans, etc);
-Uses Project Management tools - templates and applications.
-University degree in Informatics or Computer Science or Cybernetics;
-2 years experience Project Management; certificate is an advantage;
-At least 2 years IT experience, Telecom experience is a plus;
-Good knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, processes and the software development life-cycle;
-Excellent MS Project knowledge;
-Very good computer literacy;
-Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills;
-Strong initiative to learn new skills and ability to learn quickly;
-Ability to perform well under deadline constraints; ability to prioritize tasks;
-Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures;
-Judgment /problem solving, stress tolerance, quality orientation/attention to detail;
-Good command of English language.
