As an IT Project Manager in ANAIS Software Sevices you will:
- Lead teams of software developers during the entire life-cycle of key projects
- Provide leadership and guidance to the teams, including troubleshoot and problem solving
- Plan, control, monitor and close projects once completed
- Assure the success of your projects
- At least 3 year of leadership or project management experience, and familiar with project management discipline
- Experience with software development methodologies (i.e. RUP) and modeling languages (i.e. UML)
- Aptitude to understand, gather and analyze business and technical requirements
- Ability in understanding systems architectures, software development best practices, and software developers.
- Experience and ability to accurate estimate effort and costs, plan resources and tasks, and monitor execution of schedule and budget
- Negotiation skills, communication abilities, and problem solving orientation
- Ability to manage and evaluate people such System Architects, Developers, or Testers
The followings will be highly valued and appreciated:
- Good English of French
- Project Management certifications
If you succeed in your position, you will be able to opt for a more “senior project manager” position and manage larger projects (e.g. budget bigger than 200K). In that context, you will be able to enroll for company-sponsored PM certifications such as “Project Management Professional” (from the Project Management Institute).
