RESPONSABILITATI

Managing high-profile small/medium projects from the Credit Risk book of work;
Managing delivery within scope, quality, time and budget;
Tracking costs to deliver agreed outcomes and service-level within budget;
Managing resource requirements within your project teams and in line with the demands of the wider department;
Ensuring deliveries meet with the quality standards defined by the department and the company;
Coordinating deliveries with other projects affecting the credit risk application portfolio;
Adhering to project management and departmental standards and controls, making use of standard tools;
Driving implementation of delivery strategy and reporting for the centre;
Creating or contributing to appropriate project artefacts that may include: project plans, milestones, measures, budgets, team and stakeholder communications, resource and time management plans;
Identifying and highlighting risks and issues within the project and escalate appropriately;
Project manager support Delivery and / or Program Managers in the following processes: preparing presentations for executive management, proposing appropriate governance structures and processes to drive and manage the project, ensuring ongoing commitment of all stakeholders using effective stakeholder management practices, operating within the governance (decision-making) structure.


CERINTE

Extensive experience as a project manager and a track record of delivery in IT projects;
Experience or knowledge of delivering projects in an Investment Banking environment;
Time management skills - able to work on multiple project streams simultaneously;
Used to working to tight deadlines and identifying problems at an early stage;
Flexibility and willingness to work autonomously and self motivated within set competencies in a team and fast paced environments;
Experience of working with teams in multiple locations;
Extensive knowledge and experience of Program Management tools, standards and principles;
Proven negotiation, problem solving and conflict management skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
A strong delivery focus adhering to consistent project standards;
Understanding of IT Governance related processes and practices;
Flexibility - able to work in a fast changing environment and to react positively to re-prioritization;
Proven track record in managing virtual teams and working in matrix structures;
Ability to motivate others;
Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities;
Knowledge of agile IT project management techniques would be beneficial
