RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of IT Compliance and Risk management processes based on Group defined IT standards and compliance framework.
Additionally he/she ensures adequate policies procedures and controls are in place to conduct regular conformance/audit checks on server /desktop hardware and software configurations.
Advises owners of non-compliant systems with corrective actions and plan to address gaps;
Automates processes by using tools approved by department manager;
Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding and distinguish process improvement ideas from requirements/issues;
Facilitates process improvement workshops and validates data obtained;
Understands and applies industry standards and approaches associated with leading process improvement techniques.


CERINTE

University Degree: Engineering or Computer Science is preferred
Relevant audit, security or quality assurance certificate is a plus
Minimum 5 years experience in IT related work;
Experience in IT processes automation and in IT project management;
Thorough understanding of structured (Program/Project and System development lifecycle) methodologies and frameworks;
Understands IT best practices and standards; possesses a broad knowledge of networking and computing concepts, as well as knowledge of common industry operating systems, troubleshooting techniques, monitoring, system administration and testing tools.
Strong interviewing skills, ability to talk with individuals and groups regarding their requirements and ask the right questions to surface essential information;
Ability to build relationship with stake holders and facilitate effective discussions with people at all levels;
Solid documentation, consolidation and preparation skills;
Strong interpersonal and communications skills;
Solid organization, problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure and set right priorities to deliver results on time;
Team spirit.
