The job holder will be responsible for delivering various training programs related to IT help desk topics.
-Relevant experience in delivering training programs related to various IT topics (MS Office, system engineering, other applications )
-Preferable IT professional background ( MCSA/MCSE/CCNA would be an added advantage)
-University degree
-Very good knowledge of English
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-The ability to work independently as well as in team
