-Support the local Warehouse Management System (WMS): daily check, solving errors, ensure daily backup, etc;
-Support the local development of implementation of WMS;
-Helpdesk (provide support for all users for WMS);
-Provide support of the hardware equipment & network;
- Responsible for the connection between WMS and SAP;
- Responsible for the connection between IT and Logistics department;
- Responsible for infrastructure, inventory of equipments under his administration;
- Define and keep updated the user’s manual of WMS;
- May prepare reports for management .
- Experience of warehouse supported with software system will be considered an asset;
- Experience of Windows server administration;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SQL data base, internet;
- Knowledge of hardware networking equipment;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Addicted person to computers and digital technology;
- Professionalism, career orientation, loyalty;
- Hard worker person with ability for team-working;
- Excellent communication skills.
