¿Managing and coordinating the IT project for the Company¿s Development in Romania;
¿Collaborating with the IT division and other concerned departments of the French Headquarters;
¿Implementing and customizing software on following topics: new vehicle importation and distribution; fiscal, custom and accounting software developments; spare parts importation and distribution; warranty and customer data; logistical and supply chain; communication with the network;
¿Cooperating with local partners;
¿Developing and securing the IT strategy and standards in Romania: Brand Information Systems; architecture; coherence among global and local software development; follow-up of the retro-planning; training and information of the users; user¿s feedback after local implementation of the IT strategy and standards and reporting on all IT topics to the headquarters; IT equipment and investment plan;
¿Managing contractual relationship, delivery, maintenance and warranty on HW and SW supplied either from internal or external suppliers;
¿Being responsible for the technical maintenance and reliability of the system and network / LAN / WAN network implemented;
¿Being responsible for the workstations and users¿ equipment (renewal, maintenance, ordering process and planning) and supporting employees in their use;
¿Enforcing Management Quality System;
¿Contributing to the quality permanent improvement, especially through the evaluation of IT suppliers¿ services and through the optimization of IT means and efficiency.
¿High-school/ University degree with IT specialty;
¿At least 2 years experience in IT Management;
¿Solid knowledge of French and/or English (speaking French is a strong advantage);
¿Project Management and organization skills;
¿Knowledge in network systems, software and hardware;
¿Good relationship within a transversal international working team;
¿Autonomous person.
