RESPONSABILITATI

Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, world leader in vision solutions, for a IT & Instrument Specialist.

Job Profile
IT Main responsibilities:
• Acquisitions of IT and telecommunication equipment. Negotiation new contracts with service suppliers;
• Cost control of the IT budget and follow up;
• Reports and filters in SQL (MS query);
• Provide commercial and technical support for Opsysweb Romanian customers (Opsysweb = online order system for customers);
• Procedure creation per department for Optifacts software used for lens & Instruments stock
management and selling. Provide first level of support for Optifact;
• Maintaining relations with IT Poland team, Casablanca team, France and US departments for troubleshooting;
• Webmaster - creation and modification of pages for the company web site;
• Record of IT goods per dep/person. Inventory of IT equipment.
• Maintaining relations with phone companies, hardware suppliers and Internet providers. Negotiation with provider for better services and rates. Solving issues related, implementing new features;
• Maintaining normal parameters of the structural network, reconfiguration and development according with the needs (Servers & switches & Internet & telephone);
• Help desk local - maintaining IT equipment, installation hardware and software of the new ones and maintaining the old ones, improve users experience and effectiveness;
• Configuration and management of Alcatel-Lucent Omni PCX Office Communication Server. Creation of traffic reports;
• Access Control System of the company - configuration / maintenance.

Instruments responsibilities:
• Operational support for Instrument team;
• EssiBox remote support for Mr. Blue and Mr. Orange;
• Technical support for NRE service and hardware;
• Technical local support and maintenance for all edgers, optometry calibrating, software upgrade;
• Manage SIS application: introducing data, manage the incidents , recording the RMA parts, connecting SIS with Sales Force;
• Visioffice equipment - Training, installation, configuration, upgrade and repairing http://www.activisu.com Being the first level (as customer service) and second level (as technician) of support for Romanian market. Visiting customers for repairing the machines and/or provide training. Communication protocol between Visioffice and Edgers;
• Spare parts & Instruments RMA (return merchandise authorization) responsibility;
• Stock management support.


CERINTE

• Good knowledge of SQL queries;
• Network background (equivalent CCNA level);
• Windows 7 providing support to colleagues;
• Windows 2008 R2 maintenance;
• Office 2103, Office 2007, Office XP provide support to colleagues;
• Web base mail support (Gmail);
• IT Hardware maintenance;
• Security and countermeasure of penetration;
• Technical knowledge on electronics and mechanics ;
• Minimum 3 year experience;
• Faculty graduate;
• English fluency;
• Communication;
• Enthusiastic, creative person;
• Proactive and supportive in solving problems;
• Autonomous individual and team player when is necessary;
• Logical mind set;
• Flexible and willing to travel;
Good to have:
• Experience with remote support.and ticketing support (ITIL model);
• Process oriented approach;
• Able to provide solution based on complex situations in stress situation.
