- Being responsible for installing & administering Windows servers, administrating Active Directory, administrating & troubleshooting Exchange in a high availability environment. This includes installing and maintaining systems, performance tuning, backup, monitoring and keeping patches up-to-date;
- Being responsible for plan, set-up, maintain and secure telecommunication infrastructure (LAN/ WAN/ Internet, data/ voice communications);
- Being responsible for investigating, tracking and concluding any incidents that occurs within the environment for which is responsible;
- Organizing an monitoring the activity of IT Infrastructure Support Team;
- Cooperating with the development section for implementation and support of various IT systems/ solutions;
- Providing second line support for IT systems;
- Reports to Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations.
- Education - University Degree in Computes Science, Informatics, Electronics or Mathematics;
- MCSA/ MCSE of the MS-Windows 2003 Tracks;
- Good knowledge of the operating systems Windows 2000/ 2003;
- Good knowledge of configuration & administration of MS Exchange server in high availability environment.
- Good knowledge of MS SQL Server 2000 administration;
- Practical experience with the operation/ design/ implementation of these operating systems (min. 2 years);
- Good knowledge and longtime practical experience with the operation of Windows based Client Server environments in the complex AD structures;
- Comfortable with all aspects of system administration (i.e. system installation and configuration, system security, installing third party software, system troubleshooting), experience with hardware troubleshooting;
- Writing/ refining installation and support manuals, procedures and processes for new services;
- Practical experience with the operation/ design/ implementation of these operating;
- Well founded in the areas TCP/ IP and experience with the operation of Windows 2000/ 2003 network components (DNS, DHCP, WINS);
