The candidate must be very well organized, trustworthy, reliable and discreet; exigent with self, driven by an inner need to get things done in a qualitative and timely manner.
Job description:
• HelpDesk support for all company’s users;
• Equipment and software maintenance;
• Follows up stock of safety spare parts ;
• Involved into day to day IT purchases (orders consumables);
• Track installed software/licenses;
• Track all orders and use of IT assets;
Education and Experience:
• University graduate, technical profile-IT;
• Advanced knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of MS workstation and server software;
• Basic knowledge of networks, switches (cisco and hp);
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Active directory management;
• SQL knowledge – queries and database maintenance (would be an advantage);
• IIS basic troubleshooting skills, experience with web based applications (would be an advantage);
• Experience in working with Network Attached Storage (would be an advantage);
