- Support finance core processes that are enabled by Peoplesoft
- Provide functional and technical support to users - identify, evaluate, research, resolve and/or escalate user problems
-Provide advice to the user on establishing and using best practices, co-author innovative solutions to business problems
-Manage communication to users on assigned tickets, track issues, ensure their timely resolution, and manage user expectations
- Configure items required for maintenance - security, work flow notification/approvals, etc
-Participate in development lots (period development packages) -provide requirements, test, train and assist in functional release
- Maintain support and training documentation
- Deliver training and business process documentation on ticket solutions
- Stay updated on improving support processes and provide insight on evolutions where available
- Own assigned tickets, beginning to end
-Collaborate with international team members as needed
- Must have a BA and 1 - 2 years experience in ERP system configuration and support (PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP etc)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service, communication, analysis and problem solving skills required
-Peoplesoft knowledge (8.2 or higher versions) would be a plus
- Understanding of Accounts Receivables, Billing, General Ledger, Accounts Payable processes preferred
-Proven ability to work with all members of a project team, including business, technical, and management
- Must be extremely organized and capable of tracking, managing, and resolving many issues simultaneously
- Ability to trouble shoot and diagnose using SQL, Application Designer, and core Peoplesoft tables required
-Proficient with Microsoft Office applications required
- Experience with end user training
- Experience working across organizational boundaries on a local and global basis a plus
-Excellent English knowledge(French is a plus)
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
