The jobholders will provide advance IT support via phone and e-mail clients in the following business languages:
- German,
- French,
- Portuguese,
- Spanish,
- Italian,
- Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish.
This involves advanced troubleshooting and research for solutions for usual software packages like Microsoft Office, Operating Systems, auxiliary software (Adobe Acrobat Reader, Antivirus, VPN Software, PKZIP etc.) and also troubleshooting for network issues. The cases can also be solved via remote access.
¿ Troubleshooting ability for complex technical problems.
¿ Excellent Technical Knowledge ¿advanced understanding of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Adware. Exposure to Technical issues arising with PDAs, Blackberry. Aware of mainframe and outlook server architecture. MCSE and CCNA certifications are desirable
¿ Fluency in one of the required business languages is mandatory;
¿ Previous role as a Subject Matter Expert on some technology.
¿ Good command of English;
¿ Good coaching and mentoring skills, training skills desirable;
¿ Very good communication skills;
¿ Outstanding customer-orientation and team spirit.
