• Provides technical leadership for local staff and assumes overall accountability for a successful implementation phase on all client projects.
• Developing price estimates, and delivering pitches for new work.
• Ensures solutions are properly architected and specified, and partners with the project manager or Business Analyst to ensure quality.
• Own one or more modules of the project under development
• Mentor junior team members with the assistance of other Tech Lead
• Maintain the local team up-to-date with best-practices / technology / design pattern used within the www team
• Accurate time accounting and reporting of own work.
• Promptly escalate issues.

An application for products types equity derivatives & light exos. The main application for Sales desks Volatility, Indexing, 1D and Equity Finance.
• The application provides complete workflow Sales-Trader & Middle, and a complete life deals (capture / RFQ negotiation, Deal, confirmation, booking, hit ratio analysis) as well as order management.
• Oriented "Voice Trading" historically, this application evolves to the Electronic Trading including receptions order via FIX but also direct connections to such MDPs RFQ-Hub and TradeWeb.
Context: Application Front Desks deployed in Europe, Asia and USA
Technologies: Java / J2EE (WebServices, EJB, MBean, JPA, JMS, ...), Spring, Hibernate, C # for GUI (winforms), WebLogic, TIBCO Rendezvous / EMS, Oracle, FIX, Agile
Knowledge & Skills
• Consistently demonstrated ability to exceed the requirements of Senior Software Engineer
• 5+ Years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficient in at least two core development tools used within the company (Maven, Jenkins, Git/SVN, Sonar, ...).
• Sound knowledge of estimation technique
• Good knowledge of design patterns
• Sound industry trends awareness.
• Very good knowledge on Java "Ecosystem". With spécial focus on JavaSE > 1.7, EJB / JMS, WebServices, Restfull service and Hibernate/Spring
• Optional knowledge on JSP (old style) or .Net SDK (UI).
• Knowledge on recent web UI will be appreciate (HTML5 +js framework, Vaadin/GWT)
• Sound Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks
• Sound communication skills.
• Sound time management skills.
• Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions. Good problem solving skills
• Sound interpersonal and team working skills.
